About the role

There is currently a job opening “Customer Care Center Officer” in the Customer Care Center Department. As a Customer Care Center Officer, you will report to the Head of Customer Care Center and you will be responsible to monitor and handle all Network’s irregular operations, along with ensuring that passengers are provided with timely, consistent, and clear information in the event of a disruption scenario. About the role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Aeronautical Engineers, who will apply their expertise, knowledge, and skills in relevant Departments of our Technical Operations Division. What you will do:

  • Evaluate and monitor the compliance of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Modifications related to Airframe Systems, Structures and Avionics

  • Provide support to Maintenance Control Center (MCC), Line/Base Maintenance and Shops

  • Co-ordinate with Repair Stations and evaluate component Shop reports
  • Provide support in relation to aircraft phase-in/out of the fleet (Deliveries/Redeliveries)

What you will do:

  • Support licensed technicians in performing maintenance tasks on various aircraft components

We are currently looking for non-Type Rated First Officers, to join our Turboprop Fleet.

If you are eager to provide unparalleled service and value for our passengers, through dedication and teamwork, with the highest commitment to safety, this role is for you.

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory completed or EASA ATPL(A)
  • Valid multi-engine IR(A) rating (must remain valid until the end of the course)
  • At least 70 hours as pilot in command of aeroplanes
  • Certificate of completion of MCC Training
  • Certificate of completion of Advanced UPRT course as specified in FCL.745.A (applies to the issue of the first type rating course for a multi-pilot aeroplane)
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Fluent in spoken and written Greek
  • Valid Greek Tax Registration Number (ΑΦΜ) and Greek Social Security Number (ΑΜΚΑ)
  • Completed Military Service Obligations when applicable
